We are currently seeking part-time Bussers to join our team at Banners Kitchen and Tap in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced restaurant environments and have a passion for excellent guest service. As a Busser, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Your duties will include clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently to accommodate a steady flow of guests. Time management skills are essential, as you will respond to the dynamic needs of the restaurant, coordinating with management and other team members to deliver seamless service.

This is a tipped position offering a base pay of $10.00 per hour, exclusive of tips. The role involves consistent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, lifting trays weighing up to 35 pounds, and moving swiftly between tables and around corners. Flexibility in working hours is critical, as shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with typical shifts lasting around 8 hours.
