The role of Busser at The Brigantine is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation and high standards of each restaurant. This hourly position, compensated at $17.75 plus tips, involves primarily clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables efficiently to ensure readiness for the next guest. The Busser is an essential support system for servers, assisting them in delivering excellent guest service by maintaining clean and sanitary dining areas, stocking stations with necessary supplies, and upholding sanitation and safety protocols. As a Busser, you will engage in daily responsibilities that go beyond table maintenance, including cleaning and sweeping dining areas, taking out garbage, and cleaning bathrooms. Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time
- must be able to carry trays and supplies up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Cleaning and sweeping the dining areas of the restaurant
