Job Requirements

Must be at least sixteen years old
Valid Food Handlers Certification required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 15 pounds
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Excellent verbal communication skills
Valid Food Handlers Certification
Ability to learn cash register software like Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
Prior experience as a Busser or in a similar hospitality role preferred but not required
Must be at least sixteen years old

Job Duties

Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently to provide a clean and welcoming dining area
Assisting in dishwashing duties including sorting, stacking, and ensuring clean dishes, glassware, and utensils are available
Maintaining a clean and organized work area including floors, counters, and equipment
Regularly sanitizing surfaces to meet health and safety standards
Collaborating with servers by refilling beverages and delivering food orders
Cooperating with team members to ensure smooth operations and communicate effectively
Offering friendly and attentive service to guests while responding to inquiries and special requests
Developing knowledge of menu items and ingredients to provide accurate information and recommendations
Assisting in stocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils
Supporting other team members including servers and hosts to ensure seamless dining experiences
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
Performing other related duties as assigned
