Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- Valid Food Handlers Certification required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 15 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members

- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Valid Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to learn cash register software like Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity
- Prior experience as a Busser or in a similar hospitality role preferred but not required
- Must be at least sixteen years old
Job Duties
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently to provide a clean and welcoming dining area
- Assisting in dishwashing duties including sorting, stacking, and ensuring clean dishes, glassware, and utensils are available
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area including floors, counters, and equipment
- Regularly sanitizing surfaces to meet health and safety standards
- Collaborating with servers by refilling beverages and delivering food orders
- Cooperating with team members to ensure smooth operations and communicate effectively
- Offering friendly and attentive service to guests while responding to inquiries and special requests
- Developing knowledge of menu items and ingredients to provide accurate information and recommendations
- Assisting in stocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils
- Supporting other team members including servers and hosts to ensure seamless dining experiences
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations
- Performing other related duties as assigned
