Dishwasher duties focus on maintaining food safety and kitchen efficiency by cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Utility team members must diligently operate the three-compartment sink to ensure proper chemical dilution and cleanliness of dishwashing stations. Organizational responsibilities include managing products received during shifts and supporting prep or line cook functions upon request by management. Priority is given to washing frequently used items to minimize operational disruptions.
