We are currently seeking a Busser and Barback to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to the overall guest experience as it supports both our waitstaff and bartenders in maintaining an organized and inviting dining environment. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing and cleaning tables, assisting with restocking supplies, maintaining cleanliness in various service areas, and providing excellent customer support. Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs safely
Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work cooperatively within a team
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

Efficiently scrape and stack dirty dishes transporting them to the kitchen for cleaning
Wipe down tables and seats with care or replace stained tablecloths
Set tables in a neat and organized manner
Quickly address spills broken dishes and uphold cleanliness by removing empty bottles and trash
Ensure adequate supplies are ready throughout the shift including ice plates glasses and sauces
Assist guests by locating items they request with enthusiasm
Maintain cleanliness in food service areas and beyond including counters shelves and equipment
Wash glasses and serving equipment at the bar ensuring everything is spotless
Stock refrigerators with beverages and replace empty kegs promptly
Keep restrooms clean and well-maintained for guests comfort
Complete all side-work efficiently during your shift
Maintain clean floors through regular sweeping mopping or vacuuming
Dispose of trash in the dumpster and replace bags in bins as needed
Foster a positive and professional atmosphere with coworkers and customers
