The Service Assistant, commonly known as a Busser, is a vital team role at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina. This position is responsible for enhancing the guest experience by ensuring a clean and welcoming environment, delivering delightful hospitality moments, and supporting the efficiency of the restaurant operations. Service Assistants serve one of the brand’s signature welcomes, the chips and salsa, and continuously refill nonalcoholic beverages, engaging customers with friendliness and attentiveness from the moment they are seated. Beyond guest interactions, the role requires diligent upkeep of the restaurant's cleanliness, including trash disposal, maintaining sanitary conditions in bathrooms and service areas, and keeping the dining space tidy.

In addition to maintaining cleanliness, the Service Assistant plays a key role in table management by clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables swiftly to prepare for incoming guests. They also support the kitchen and service teams by completing prep tasks that ensure the restaurant is stocked and ready for each service period. Job Duties
