The role of the Service Assistant, also known as a Busser, is crucial to the smooth operation of the restaurant. This position is responsible for supporting the restaurant team by maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining environment, ensuring guests receive prompt and friendly service, and helping to create an enjoyable dining experience. The Service Assistant delivers complimentary chips and salsa to seated guests, refills nonalcoholic beverages, clears and resets tables efficiently, and assists with general cleaning and prep work. This role requires a hardworking and enthusiastic individual who can multitask and adapt to a fast-paced setting. Whether working full-time or part-time, the Service Assistant contributes significantly to the guest experience and overall restaurant success. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Delivering glorious OTB chips and salsa to guest as they are seated
  • Re-filling nonalcoholic beverages
  • Maintaining a clean restaurant including emptying trash, keeping bathrooms and service areas clean and tidy
  • Assisting in cleaning, clearing, and resetting tables for the next guest
  • Completing assigned prep work to ensure the restaurant is stocked and set up for success
