- Ability to communicate verbally with other dining room staff in fast-paced environment
- Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to feel, pull, push, and lift
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures

Job Duties
- Reset tables according to specifications of the restaurant
- Remove plates and silverware when all guests have finished
- Set up and break down dining room for each shift
- Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift
- Perform all opening and closing side work as required
- Follow company and equipment standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room walls and shelves and cleanliness of overall dining room
- Assist wait staff in carrying trays and bringing food to tables
- Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times
- May perform other duties as assigned
