This role is for a Busser position, integral to the seamless operation of the restaurant. Responsible for supporting the service staff and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, the Busser plays a key part in enhancing guest experiences. Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate weight
  • Must be physically able to perform cleaning and bussing duties
  • Must comply with company health and safety policies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is an asset but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to learn and take direction

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas and bus stations
  • Assist servers by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests
  • Ensure timely removal of dirty dishes, utensils, and glassware
  • Support the restaurant team in providing attentive and friendly guest service
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to guarantee a clean and safe environment
  • Restock supplies such as silverware, napkins, and condiments as needed
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
