As a team member at Smokey Bones, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities include rolling clean silverware, removing dirty utensils and plates, resetting tables promptly after guests leave, sweeping service areas, handling trash disposal, and assisting with dishes. Team members also support food running and guest service as needed, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations throughout kitchen and dining areas. Job Requirements

  • Able to communicate (speak, read, and write) in English
  • Excellent customer service and people skills
  • In-depth knowledge of food sanitation and safety policies
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High energy levels
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs to waist level
  • Able to move items up to 50 lbs for distances of up to 25 feet
  • Able to remain standing and active for an 8-12 hour shift
  • Able to hear, understand, and respond to employees' and guests' requests in a loud environment
  • Able to tolerate exposure to cold and hot temperatures (below 0 F and above 90 F) throughout the shift
