The Busser role at The Cheesecake Factory is designed to ensure every dining room is kept impeccably clean, organized, and ready to provide guests with a memorable and welcoming experience. As a critical member of a bustling, full-service restaurant team, bussers are responsible for maintaining a fast pace and high level of efficiency to clear and reset tables swiftly while supporting servers, bartenders, and hosts. This role requires meticulous attention to detail when clearing dishes, silverware, and glassware and resetting tables with consistent presentation standards. Bussers contribute to the positive atmosphere by providing friendly, attentive service and demonstrating strong teamwork within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

This position offers flexible scheduling options with opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles, allowing employees to balance their professional and personal lives effectively. The compensation range is $3.63 to $15.00 per hour, with the added benefit of earning tips, enhancing overall earning potential. Employees gain access to accelerated wage payouts, receiving up to 50 percent of earned wages the next day, with some exclusions. The Cheesecake Factory also supports its workforce with 50 percent off shift meals and a 25 percent discount when dining with friends and family.
