The company is committed to enriching lives one experience at a time, combining genuine service with creative entrepreneurship to break the mold in hospitality management. This commitment drives Sage Hospitality Group to empower its team members to contribute actively to the communities where they live and work, establishing meaningful relationships with guests while delivering exceptional value to shareholders. As part of this vision, Sage Hospitality Group operates a diverse portfolio of upscale hotels, restaurants, and entertainment venues that reflect the unique essence and spirit of their respective locales.

One such prized establishment under the Sage Hospitality Group umbrella is the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa, situated in the heart of Northern California’s renowned wine country. This elegant resort offers guests a blend of luxury, comfort, and regional authenticity with its well-appointed rooms and suites, beautifully manicured garden spaces, and a resort-style pool complete with a splash bar. Guests can savor exceptional cuisine and local wines at the Little Summer restaurant or enjoy casual outdoor dining and games at South Yard, featuring local beers and burgers. Whether visitors come for a business meeting or a leisurely weekend, the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa offers a relaxed and inviting atmosphere enhanced by cozy fire pits, lush landscaping, and convenient proximity to famous wineries such as Robert Mondavi and Castello Di Amorosa. The hotel is also convenient for downtown Napa’s dining and shopping options and hosts an impressive conference center with over 22,000 square feet of event space ideal for weddings and corporate functions.

The seasonal Busser role at the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa embraces the essence of hospitality and guest service that Sage Hospitality Group champions. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess a keen eye for detail and efficiency. The Busser supports the restaurant team by maintaining cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and assisting waitstaff to ensure a seamless dining experience. Tasks include clearing and resetting tables according to established standards, managing bus stations orderly and well-stocked to optimize workflow, retrieving and distributing clean dishware, sweeping floors, and helping with customer requests for beverage refills or additional tableware.

The role demands physical stamina, as it involves frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and mobility throughout the restaurant. The position is ideal for independent thinkers who are eager to develop their hospitality skills in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. With an hourly wage of $18.00, this seasonal opportunity offers more than just competitive pay. Employees gain access to Sage Hospitality Group’s comprehensive benefits, such as a 401(k) program with employer matching, employee assistance programs, hotel and restaurant discounts, and a referral bonus program.

At Sage Hospitality Group and the Napa Valley Marriott Hotel & Spa, employees are valued for who they are, as well as what they do.
