We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Busser to join our front-of-house team. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the operational flow by assisting in table turnover and ensuring the dining area remains clean, organized, and welcoming. As a Busser at Bosphorous Turkish Cuisine, your responsibilities will include promptly clearing used tableware, sanitizing tables, resetting them with clean linens, silverware, plates, and glassware according to company standards, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the front-of-house area. You will work closely with servers, hosts, and the Manager on Duty to ensure efficient seating and a seamless dining experience for our guests. The position requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic pace and service demands of the restaurant.

This role is compensated hourly plus tip out, with benefits available to eligible employees, emphasizing the restaurant’s commitment to supporting its staff. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a similar role and possess the physical endurance needed to stand and walk for extended periods, lift heavy items safely, and adhere to all safety protocols. The Busser contributes significantly to the positive impression guests have of their visit by maintaining the operational readiness of the front-of-house and assisting the service team effectively.
