The establishment thrives on serving a diverse clientele, including many regular customers who appreciate the distinct character of both the dishes and the staff. As a breakfast enthusiast's haven, Snooze serves a wide variety of pancakes and other breakfast delights, ensuring that their guests always have a flavorful and enjoyable experience.

The role of a Busser at Snooze is a key position that blends speed, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Bussers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of the dining area throughout the shifts, ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience for guests. This position requires a motivated individual who can work collaboratively with servers, bartenders, dishwashers, and other front-of-house and back-of-house team members. In this role, busser responsibilities include clearing and cleaning tables promptly between seatings, managing service area assignments, assisting with food delivery during busy periods, and supporting the dishwasher by handling tableware efficiently and maintaining cleanliness. Bussers also play an important part in monitoring and cleaning restrooms regularly and responding promptly to guest requests, maintaining a hospitable and clean environment at all times.

Snooze offers a competitive pay range for the Busser position, ranging between $12.15 and $14.15 per hour with additional tips, making it a financially rewarding opportunity. The work schedule ensures no late nights, allowing employees to be home by dinner time, which supports a healthy work-life balance. The establishment provides numerous benefits to full-time employees, including weekly pay, an allowance for meals and café drinks during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance options after one year of employment, as well as flexible spending accounts for medical and dependent care. Additional perks include accident and pet insurance, telehealth programs, 401(k) retirement plans with both traditional and Roth options, a birthday meal, paid community volunteer days, and the ability to participate in fun activities like unlimited dance parties. Moreover, Snooze observes holidays by closing on Thanksgiving and Christmas to allow employees to spend quality time with their families.
