This role requires a highly efficient, detail-oriented individual who can clear, sanitize, and reset tables rapidly—within three minutes—while working seamlessly with hosts and servers to signal table availability. Bussers are often silent communicators on the floor, critical to ensuring the dining area remains inviting, clean, and well-prepared. In addition to table management, the position involves light housekeeping duties such as restroom cleanliness, rolling silverware, and other tasks that contribute to the operational excellence of the restaurant.
