In the role of a busser at Smokey Bones, individuals play a crucial part in the seamless operation of the restaurant by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with various service duties. The busser is responsible for rolling clean silverware, clearing and resetting tables promptly after guests leave, and keeping the service area tidy by sweeping and taking out trash. Additionally, bussers contribute to the overall guest experience by supporting food running and responding to guest needs, always adhering to health and safety regulations in both the kitchen and dining areas. Working under the guidance of managers, bussers must exhibit excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and high energy levels to thrive in the fast-paced environment.
