The First Watch Busser position plays a crucial role in maintaining the smooth flow and cleanliness of the restaurant to enhance the customer experience. A Busser at First Watch is responsible for resetting tables quickly and efficiently, using tools such as spray bottles, trays, and towels to clean and sanitize tables within 3 minutes. Bussers act like silent communicators who update hosts and servers when tables are ready to be seated. They contribute significantly to the teamwork atmosphere that the restaurant fosters by helping with light housekeeping tasks, rolling silverware, and contributing to restroom cleanliness.
