The Busser position at Din Tai Fung in Los Angeles, CA, plays a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining room and enhancing the guest experience. As a busser, you are instrumental in ensuring every guest walks into a clean, welcoming space, which sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities include moving swiftly and professionally to clear tables, remove dishes and utensils, and assist in maintaining the flow of service during the busiest shifts.
