The Busser at Over Easy plays a crucial role in maintaining the restaurant's high standards for cleanliness and guest comfort. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork as the busser is responsible for clearing tables promptly, ensuring the dining area remains spotless, and supporting servers especially during busy times. Duties include removing plates and glassware from tables once guests have finished, assisting with dishwashing responsibilities by organizing silverware and dishware in the cleaning area, and keeping floors, chairs, booths, and restrooms clean and well-maintained. The busser also helps deliver food orders when needed, particularly for large parties or during peak service hours. This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever necessary.

Job Duties
- Remove plates and glassware that guests no longer need
- take tableware to dish area and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- assist dishwasher by removing remaining food into appropriate waste bins and maintaining a clean dishwashing station
- clean and clear tables between seatings, promptly clean table tops, chairs, and booths, check floor and clean as required
- inspect assigned restroom every 30 minutes and clean as needed
- assist server as needed with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods
