Known for its commitment to exceptional guest experiences, this company fuses world-class hospitality with cultural heritage and modern entertainment to deliver thrill, excitement, and unparalleled guest satisfaction.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa stands as Oklahoma's premier gaming and resort destination, featuring more than 2,600 electronic, poker, and table games alongside 35,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting and convention space. Guests indulge in an 18-hole championship golf course, diverse food and entertainment venues, and a sprawling 2,700-seat event center known for hosting nationally recognized acts. Accredited for its vibrant atmosphere, the venue thrives on creating memorable moments for every visitor through engaging service and high-quality amenities. Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa not only offers recreational opportunities but also values its team members, empowering them through a supportive work culture, career growth, and comprehensive benefits.
The Busser role is an integral entry-level position within this energetic environment, designed for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about hospitality. As a Busser, you will ensure dining areas are impeccably prepared and maintained to facilitate seamless service. This includes setting and resetting tables efficiently, promptly removing used dishes, and supporting servers with their tasks including food and beverage delivery and station stocking. Your responsibilities extend to sweeping, mopping, and upholding cleanliness standards, contributing to a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff alike.
Beyond operational duties, being a Busser at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa means being part of a dedicated team that upholds excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and communicating effectively with team members. The role prioritizes adherence to state and company policies including food handling safety and alcoholic beverage laws. Flexibility, stamina, and a positive attitude are essential, as the position requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in potentially noisy and smoke-exposed environments.
Cherokee Nation Entertainment promotes a work culture that values health and wellness, financial security, and work-life balance. Team members benefit from comprehensive health plans, 24/7 telemedicine access, on-site health clinics, a generous 401(k) retirement plan with matching, paid vacation and sick leave, maternity/paternity benefits, voluntary benefits, performance incentives, referral rewards, and holiday appreciation gifts. Joining this team offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally within a prestigious hospitality company committed to the wellbeing of its employees and the communities they serve.
