The Support/Busser role at Atlas Restaurant Group is integral to ensuring that guests enjoy an uncompromising dining experience from the moment they arrive until they leave. Support/Bussers play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of dining areas by setting tables to exact standards, replenishing necessary supplies for service, and promptly clearing tables to prepare for the next guests. This position involves multitasking in a fast-paced environment and requires an individual who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Support/Bussers are expected to deliver genuine hospitality and maintain an inviting demeanor while serving ice, water, and coffee to guests. The role requires standing throughout the shift and occasional lifting of items up to 30 pounds. While the position primarily supports front-of-house service, it is vital in contributing to a positive overall dining atmosphere.

Compensation for this role varies by location, with pay rates ranging between $3.00 and $16.00 per hour depending on the state, alongside tips where applicable.
