The Busser role at First Watch is vital in creating an inviting dining atmosphere by quickly and efficiently clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables within three minutes. Other duties include light housekeeping tasks like rolling silverware and maintaining restroom cleanliness. Bussers must be at least 18 years old and demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills.
