- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift at least 15 pounds
- must have a valid Food Handlers Certification
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications
- Must be at least sixteen years old
- prior experience as a busser or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not required
- strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- excellent verbal communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- ability to learn POS and scheduling software such as Aloha, Hot Schedule, and Paylocity
- valid Food Handlers Certification
Job Duties
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
- assisting in dishwashing duties including sorting and stacking
- maintaining a clean and organized work area including floors and counters
- regularly sanitizing surfaces to meet health and safety standards
- collaborating with serving staff to refill beverages and deliver food orders
- cooperating with team members to ensure smooth operations
- offering friendly and attentive service to guests
- developing a good understanding of the menu items
- assisting in stocking supplies such as napkins and condiments
- assisting other team members including servers and hosts
- following company policies and health and safety regulations
- performing other related duties as assigned
