The Busser role at Goode Company Restaurants is an essential position that plays a significant part in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. In this role, the Busser is responsible for maintaining the dining area's cleanliness and readiness by promptly clearing plates, glassware, and silverware from tables once guests have finished their meals and efficiently resetting tables for the next guests. Job Duties

  • Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after
  • Clears tables of used dishes, glasses, and silverware and re-sets between customers
  • Assist service staff with maintaining non-alcoholic beverages for all guests
  • Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner including the dining room, server stations, patio, and dish pit
  • Delivers cleaned glassware from the dish area to appropriate location in the front of the house
  • Assist service staff in providing the best guest experience
  • Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices
  • Present a professional and clean appearance at all times
