The Busser position at First Watch is crucial in maintaining a smooth dining environment by ensuring tables are quickly reset and ready for the next guests. This role is about being a vital team player, working silently but effectively to clean, sanitize, and reset tables within three minutes. Bussers communicate discreetly with Hosts to signal table readiness, helping to optimize customer flow. Beyond table maintenance, this role also includes light housekeeping duties such as rolling silverware and maintaining restroom cleanliness. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards

Job Duties
- Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- Clear, clean, sanitize and reset tables in under 3 minutes
- Update and communicate to Hosts and Servers when tables are available for seating
- Perform other duties such as light housekeeping, rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service
- Assist team members as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
