Equipped with a spray bottle, sturdy tray, and clean cloth towel, the Busser is responsible for quickly and efficiently clearing, cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting tables within three minutes. They act as silent communicators by signaling Hosts when tables are ready to be seated, ensuring a smooth flow of guests in the restaurant. The Busser works closely with Hosts and Servers to maintain optimal table availability and cleanliness. Beyond table management, the Busser also contributes by performing light housekeeping duties including rolling silverware and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
