We are currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team on a part-time basis at $18.00 per hour plus tips. The Busser plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant service by maintaining cleanliness and readiness of dining areas. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a guest-focused attitude to elevate the dining experience at Hotel Burbank. Responsibilities include setting and clearing tables, stocking service stations, assisting servers, and complying with safety standards such as OSHA regulations. The Busser will be instrumental in assisting servers with food and beverage service, helping maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, and ensuring all sanitization and health standards are met. Additional duties include managing inventory, restocking linens and condiments, and supporting overall guest satisfaction through high service standards. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling physical demands such as lifting trays up to 25 pounds and standing or walking for prolonged periods.
