Job Description

Anthony's is a well-established, family-owned group of restaurants with 26 locations nestled across the Pacific Northwest, including Washington, Idaho, and Oregon. With a rich history spanning over 50 years, Anthony's has cultivated a reputation for excellence by focusing on the freshest local seafood, seasonal ingredients, and heartfelt hospitality. This dedication is uniquely supported by their operation of a wholesale company that sources directly from local fishermen, ranchers, and trusted partners. By controlling the supply chain, Anthony's ensures that only the highest quality ingredients reach their kitchens daily, maintaining an unmatched standard of freshness and culinary excellence.

As a result, Anthony's is not only a premier dining destination but also an exceptional workplace that values its team members. The company invests significantly in its employees by offering competitive pay, consistent and reliable scheduling, opportunities for internal career advancement, and a supportive environment that fosters skill development and personal growth. Whether you are a newcomer to the service industry or an experienced professional seeking your next challenge, Anthony's welcomes passionate individuals eager to contribute to a warm, inclusive team atmosphere.

The Busser position at Anthony's is an integral role within the restaurant team. It involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area to ensure every guest has a pleasant and efficient dining experience. Responsibilities include promptly clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers with refilling beverages, and supporting overall service flow especially during busy periods. Working closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff, the Busser helps create a seamless service environment that upholds Anthony's high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

This role demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, physical stamina, and a positive, team-oriented mindset. Busser duties are critical to maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, preparing the dining space quickly for new guests, and responding proactively to any guest or team needs. This is a tipped position offering part-time and full-time opportunities. Full-time employees accruing an average of 25 hours per week are eligible for medical insurance and HSA accounts; employees working 20 hours or more may enroll in additional benefits such as dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet insurance. The company also provides a 401k plan with discretionary matching after 500 hours, sick leave accrual for front-of-house staff, scholarships, meal discounts, and wellness resources.

Overall, the Busser role at Anthony's is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced hospitality environments, appreciate working with a team dedicated to excellence, and seek a supportive employer that values employee well-being and growth.
