This job opening is for the position of Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant within P.F. Chang's dine-in and takeout operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth flow of the restaurant environment by supporting both front-of-house and kitchen staff. The position involves cleaning duties, running food to guests, bussing tables efficiently, assisting with catering orders including their delivery, and providing exemplary hospitality to ensure guests have a memorable dining experience. The hiring is immediate, offering both full-time and part-time positions with pay ranging from $16.90 to $18.90 per hour plus tips, based on experience. Job Duties

  • guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
  • understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items for takeout and catering, guide guests on choosing menu items, and answer guest questions
  • review orders with the guest at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery driver ensuring order accuracy
  • deliver amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests' expectations
  • clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
  • remove bus tubs from the bar to kitchen dishwasher station
  • restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
  • understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant
  • serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
