Responsibilities include greeting the guests warmly, setting tables with polished linens, silverware, glassware, and share plates, and actively supporting server staff by removing used dishes and replenishing service stations. An essential part of the role involves preparing tables between seatings by clearing, cleaning, and resetting promptly while maintaining the overall cleanliness and order of dining areas throughout the shift.
