The responsibilities include working efficiently under general supervision, collaborating with various positions across the restaurant, and following all food safety and cleanliness protocols. The role demands a friendly and approachable demeanor, as staff members are expected to acknowledge guests warmly and assist with maintaining an orderly dining environment by bussing tables, removing dishware, and resetting tables quickly after guests depart. Effective communication and teamwork are essential in this role, with staff often utilizing headsets to stay connected with management and other team members.

Tully's Good Times values reliability, positive attitudes, high energy, and a dedication to superior customer service. Employees will also benefit from a supportive work environment that encourages ongoing training and development, enabling them to refine skills and advance their careers. Additionally, the company supports financial convenience through direct deposit and flexible scheduling options to fit diverse lifestyle needs.

Joining Tully's Good Times means becoming part of a company that values its employees as much as its guests.
