As a Busser with us, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth operation of the dining room. Your primary responsibility will be to provide courteous, quick, and efficient service to each guest, ensuring a positive and enthusiastic experience every step of the way. This role requires you to be attentive to the needs of both guests and servers, helping to create a seamless flow during busy meal periods. The position demands physical agility and stamina as you will be tasked with clearing and resetting tables, organizing silverware and dishware, assisting servers with the removal of dirty plates, and transporting dishware back to the kitchen. Additionally, you will complete assigned side work that helps maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area. The role’s fast-paced nature requires excellent communication skills, a cooperative spirit, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Physical requirements include the ability to lift between 25 to 50 pounds, and the position involves repetitive movements such as bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Ability to stand or move continuously for up to 8 hours
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in restaurant environment a plus
