The available position of Busser/Barback at Busboys and Poets is an entry-level, variable-hour role, offering a competitive hourly wage starting at $7.00 and supplemented with tips from servers and bartenders. Employees in this role can earn up to $25 per hour, with a guaranteed minimum hourly rate of $17.50 inclusive of tips. This role is designed for individuals passionate about hospitality and customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. At Busboys and Poets, the busser/barback will contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service area, assist servers and bartenders, and ensure that patrons have a positive dining experience by keeping tables, bars, and floors clean and well-stocked.
