Job Requirements
- Reliable availability for nights, weekends, and holidays typical of the restaurant schedule
- ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 30-40 lbs for sustained periods
- strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- clear communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
- legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurants, hospitality, or customer service roles
- basic food safety knowledge or ServSafe/BASIC food handling certification
- bilingual skills (Spanish/English) to better assist a diverse guest base
- interest in pursuing a career in hospitality or front-of-house leadership
- clear communication skills
- ability to work cooperatively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff

Job Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain smooth dining room flow
- assist servers by replenishing water, refilling condiments, and delivering bread or small items as needed
- carry dirty dishes to the dish area and help maintain an organized bussing station
- keep service stations, floors, and restrooms clean and presentable throughout the shift
- stock and rotate service items (silverware, napkins, to-go containers) to ensure readiness for peak periods
- support team members during busy periods (food runs, guest seating assistance, queue management)
- follow sanitation and safety procedures, including proper handling of glassware and waste disposal
