The First Watch Busser position is a pivotal role within the restaurant team, focused on efficiently clearing, sanitizing, and resetting tables within a quick turnaround of under three minutes. Bussers are key communicators between the front of house and service teams, signaling table readiness to hosts and servers to optimize seating flow and maintain excellent customer service standards. This role involves light housekeeping duties like rolling silverware and maintaining restroom cleanliness, ensuring the dining area is always welcoming and clean. Job Requirements
