This legacy of quality food, great times, and a welcoming environment continues to thrive at Maggiano's, making it a beloved dining destination in Chicago and beyond. Owned by Brinker International, a prominent name in the hospitality industry with thousands of restaurants, Maggiano's proudly represents its own unique slice of Italian American cultural tradition. The company not only emphasizes excellent food and service but also fosters a supportive work environment and community engagement. Among its core values is the commitment to bringing people together to celebrate life’s special moments, whether through intimate dinners or large celebrations such as weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, birthdays, and baby showers. Maggiano's actively participates in charitable work, supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and local initiatives such as the North Texas Food Bank and the Brinker Family Fund. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a dynamic restaurant atmosphere, collaborating with a dedicated team, and interacting with guests to help create a vibrant dining experience. Maggiano's offers highly competitive earning opportunities for their employees, along with comprehensive healthcare plans that include domestic partner benefits, based on length of service and hours worked. Employees have access to career development opportunities, including potential global training roles.
