Cracker Barrel prides itself on being more than just a place to eat; it is a gathering spot where people come together to enjoy delicious food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. The brand's commitment to delivering memorable experiences is reflected in its unique combination of traditional Southern cuisine and a retail store offering a curated selection of gifts and home décor items that echo the charm of Southern life. Cracker Barrel’s work environment focuses heavily on teamwork, respect, and creating meaningful connections both among employees and with guests, thus nurturing a culture where every team member is valued and integral to the company’s success.

As a Busser at Cracker Barrel, you play a vital role in setting the tone for a great dining experience. Your responsibilities extend beyond simply clearing tables; you help create an inviting and comfortable environment where guests feel cared for from the moment they enter. Whether you’re a seasoned restaurant professional or new to the industry, Cracker Barrel provides comprehensive training to equip you with all the skills needed to excel. Join a team that values a team-first approach and take pride in delivering outstanding hospitality every day.

The role of Busser at Cracker Barrel comes with competitive pay ranging from $12.50 to $14.38 per hour, and offers a host of benefits designed to support your well-being and career growth. From day one, health insurance eligibility applies to both full-time and part-time team members, along with vacation time and an employee assistance program to provide additional support. Cracker Barrel also encourages professional development with its industry-leading PAR training program and opportunities to advance within the company. Employees enjoy perks such as a 35% discount on food and retail items, access to exclusive deals on travel, cell phones, and home goods, and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Program and 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.

At Cracker Barrel, the workplace culture emphasizes belonging and support. New team members receive thorough onboarding and ongoing development, with recognition programs and employee events designed to foster a sense of community. This approach ensures not just a job, but a fulfilling career where you can grow, develop new skills, and be part of a close-knit team.
