The Busser role at California Pizza Kitchen is essential to maintaining the high standards of hospitality and service that the brand is known for. As a Busser, you will play a pivotal role in creating a memorable dining experience by ensuring that every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained environment. The Busser is responsible for the sanitation and upkeep of dining areas, including rolling silverware, cleaning restrooms, and preparing the restaurant for opening and closing shifts. This role requires a keen attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and a strong sense of urgency to keep the flow of the restaurant smooth and efficient. Bussers are also key communicators who notify the host team when tables are ready to be seated, helping to maximize guest satisfaction and table turnover.
