The Busser role at MacRostie Winery hospitality team represents a vital part of delivering outstanding guest services in a fast-paced, high-quality environment. Reporting to the Senior Hospitality and Events Manager, the Busser is responsible for clearing and resetting tables efficiently and professionally to ensure smooth transitions between guest seatings. This full-time, non-exempt position requires split shifts between two distinct location wineries: MacRostie Winery in Healdsburg, CA, and Markham Vineyards in St. Helena, CA. This schedule offers working days from Thursday to Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off, and includes an hourly wage ranging from $18.47 to $20 per hour plus tips. The job entails key responsibilities such as polishing and restocking stemware, assisting servers with water refills, maintaining cleanliness in back-of-house areas, and upholding health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining spaces. This role demands versatility, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to adapt to a variety of changing priorities with enthusiasm. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be able to provide U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship
- stand and walk for long periods
- previous experience in a restaurant or winery tasting room setting preferred
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Clear tables after guests leave
- take glass/tableware to kitchen and place silverware, dishes, glassware in appropriate areas for washing
- promptly clean tabletops, chairs and banquette between seatings
- reset and arrange tabletops
- respond appropriately to guest requests, communicate guest requests to servers/manager immediately
- restock wine, merchandise and collateral materials as needed
- assist with pre/post shift setup/cleanup
- maintain cleanliness of all back of house areas
- maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
- perform other duties as assigned by manager
