Job Duties

  • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining, including removing dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware in preparation for the next guests
  • Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread or condiments, and responding to guest requests as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including floors, chairs, and service stations
  • Collaborate with kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service flow
