As a Busser at Sodexo, you will play a fundamental role in supporting the front-of-house dining operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness of tables and dining areas. Your efforts directly contribute to efficient service flow and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will assist servers and kitchen staff, ensuring that the service stations are stocked, dining areas are tidy, and tables are promptly reset. Your daily responsibilities not only involve cleaning but also providing excellent teamwork and communication support across different service environments such as restaurants, banquets, and premium service settings.

This role requires physical stamina, as bussers frequently lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifts of up to 40 pounds. You will also be expected to consistently attend scheduled shifts on time and exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude. As Viktors in hospitality, bussers enable the serving staff to focus on guest interaction by efficiently managing the operational back-end.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 40 pounds
