Known for providing a fun and relaxing dining atmosphere, Tully's prides itself on delivering "Great Food and Good Times" to all of its guests. With multiple locations spanning several regions, the company maintains a strong community presence and a commitment to quality service and memorable dining experiences. As a family-owned establishment, Tully's emphasizes a warm, welcoming environment not only for its customers but also for its staff, cultivating a sense of inclusion and support that extends beyond the dining room.
Currently, Tully's Good Times is looking to expand its team by hiring energetic and enthusiastic individuals to fill various hourly positions. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking full-time or part-time employment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Importantly, this role is entry-level, requiring no previous experience, making it accessible to a broad range of candidates. Tully's is dedicated to nurturing its employees’ growth by providing comprehensive hands-on training and a structured career path. Employees gain the skills needed to succeed and the potential to advance within the company. The environment at Tully's encourages motivation, learning, and personal development, making it an excellent choice for individuals eager to build a career in the hospitality industry.
The role involves working under general supervision and collaborating with a variety of restaurant positions to ensure outstanding guest service. Employees must work quickly and efficiently while rigorously following food safety and cleanliness standards. The position requires direct interaction with the front-of-house staff to meet guests’ needs promptly and courteously. Responsibilities include assisting servers by pre-bussing dishware, removing plates and glassware after guests depart, and resetting tables with attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and proper silverware placement. Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas are crucial, including ensuring restrooms and other common areas are clean upon leaving. Communication plays a key role, as employees will stay connected using headsets to coordinate with management and front-of-house staff. Alongside the practical duties, employees are encouraged to engage in continuous training and development opportunities, reinforcing the company’s commitment to career growth.
The compensation package includes an hourly wage starting at $10.70 plus tips, with unlimited earning potential through gratuities. Flexibility in scheduling allows employees to work full-time or part-time according to their availability, catering to a variety of personal needs and lifestyles.
