- Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
- Work quickly and efficiently
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Work directly with FOH staff to ensure all guests needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Acknowledge all guests in a smiling friendly manner
- Assist servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating
- Responsible for final removal of all plate and glassware after guests depart
- Reset all tables promptly after guest departure including silverware setup and cleanliness
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
- Communicate with FOH staff and management using headset
- Participate in ongoing training and development
