Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No previous experience required
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be energetic and team-oriented
  • Must follow food safety and cleanliness protocols

Job Duties

  • Work well under general supervision and with a variety of other positions in the restaurant
  • Work quickly and efficiently
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Work directly with FOH staff to ensure all guests needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Acknowledge all guests in a smiling friendly manner
  • Assist servers in pre-bussing dishware as guests finish eating
  • Responsible for final removal of all plate and glassware after guests depart
  • Reset all tables promptly after guest departure including silverware setup and cleanliness
  • Ensure proper food handling and sanitation of work areas
  • Communicate with FOH staff and management using headset
  • Participate in ongoing training and development
