Job Duties
- clean tables, chairs, and floors throughout the diner and patio
- maintain cleanliness of bathrooms and restock paper goods
- fill bus tubs gently to avoid disturbing guests or damaging dishes
- organize and maintain clean dish area when stacking plates and glassware
- communicate effectively with hosts and managers to manage dining room turns
- assist servers with pre-bussing tables when needed
- ensure the outside of the diner is clean and free of debris
