Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts
  • Basic communication skills to interact with team members and guests
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team setting
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles

Job Duties

  • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining, removing dishes, glassware, and utensils
  • Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments to prepare for the next guests
  • Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when necessary
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations
  • Support the team by restocking supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments throughout the shift
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs
  • Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and sanitary environment
