This role focuses on assisting bartenders and servers by maintaining cleanliness in designated areas and providing essential support to ensure fast, friendly service in a busy and entertaining setting. The position requires a team member to keep wait stations clean and stocked, empty trash, spot sweep floors, restock supplies for shift changes, bus and reset tables, and maintain restroom cleanliness. Additionally, this role involves assisting with party setups, clearing dishes, refilling beverages, and supporting other team members as needed.
