Bussers participate in creating a polished dining environment by frequently bussing tables, aiding servers, assisting dishwashers and cooks, and managing waste disposal, requiring physical stamina including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. Positions are available for various shifts including first, second, third, and weekend shifts, emphasizing availability during weekends and holidays. Silver Social values individuals with a passion for hospitality who can engage warmly with guests while upholding its flexible, farm-to-table ethos. The compensation package includes an hourly wage plus participation in tip pooling.
