Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a busser or related role preferred
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- compliance with health and safety regulations
- ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- willingness to learn and take direction
- pass background check and employment eligibility verification
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- prior experience in restaurant bussing or similar roles is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Bus tables, clean and properly reset tables
- have general knowledge of food and drink menu and recommend and upsell products
- answer phones promptly and professionally and direct calls as applicable
- assist throughout the restaurant by delivering food and bar beverages
- assist guests and ensure every opportunity to wow a customer is completed
- work as a team player to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and safety procedures during shifts
