Job Requirements

- Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong multitasking ability in fast-paced environments
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and guest-focused under pressure
- Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of dining and service areas

- Support kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient operations
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and organized work areas
