The group emphasizes caring for guests, team members, and local neighborhoods with genuine intention and heart. Their commitment to hospitality excellence makes them a standout employer in the region for those passionate about creating memorable service experiences and contributing positively to a dynamic hospitality environment.

As a part of the Heritage family, team members enjoy working within a supportive, people-first culture, grounded in New Mexico pride and community values. The company not only values exceptional guest service but also prioritizes the growth and development of their staff, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including a 25% match for 401k plans, generous employee discounts across hotels, restaurants, spas, and retail outlets, complimentary meals during scheduled shifts, and free employee parking. This makes Heritage Hotels a rewarding workplace for those looking to build a meaningful hospitality career.

In this particular role, Heritage Hotels is seeking reliable and guest-focused Bussers to join their Food & Beverage team. The Busser position is critical in maintaining the smooth and efficient flow of dining experiences by ensuring that service areas remain clean, organized, and fully prepared. Bussers support servers and enhance guest satisfaction through their fast-paced, behind-the-scenes efforts. They contribute to the overall dining environment by clearing tables, resetting and preparing dining areas promptly for guests, replenishing utensils, water, and service supplies, and supporting both kitchen and service teams to maintain operational efficiency.

Bussers at Heritage Hotels uphold all food safety, sanitation, and safety standards at all times, ensuring a clean and professional presentation of both dining and service areas. The role demands a polished and professional appearance along with organized work areas. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a calm, team-oriented attitude, especially under pressure. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is essential to meet the dynamic demands of the hospitality industry.

Joining Heritage Hotels as a Busser means becoming part of a community that values its people and fosters growth. The role offers many opportunities for those eager to develop within the hospitality field while working in an environment that prizes teamwork, guest satisfaction, and a commitment to quality service.
