This opportunity is for a Busser position at the iconic Hollywood Bowl Amphitheatre, a renowned venue that hosts world-class entertainment and events. The role is part-time, with varying shifts that encompass days and hours, and open availability is preferred to meet the dynamic scheduling needs of the venue. The pay range for this position is between $19 and $21 per hour. As a Busser, you will play an essential role in supporting front-of-house food and beverage operations, ensuring a positive guest experience through impeccable cleanliness, organization, and efficient table readiness. Your work will involve close collaboration with servers, supervisors, and kitchen teams to help maintain the highest standards in multiple service settings including restaurant, banquet, and premium service environments.

Your duties will involve maintaining the cleanliness of tables, chairs, dining rooms, service stations, and guest areas, which is vital to facilitating smooth service flow. Additionally, you will assist with stocking service stations with necessary dishes, glassware, silverware, and supplies, contributing to the readiness and efficiency of operations. The job requires physical stamina, including the ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds. Punctuality and reliability are also critical traits since you will be expected to attend your scheduled shifts on time and with consistency. Beyond the primary tasks, other duties may be assigned depending on business needs or client requirements, allowing for a varied and engaging work experience.
